Southern Cadence Cuisine provides catering services for private, corporate, and special events. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.

2. Quotes & Proposals

Any quotes or proposals provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on menu selections, guest count, venue, and service requirements.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your catering agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be in accordance with your catering agreement.

5. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, menus, and text, is the property of Southern Cadence Cuisine and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.
